Privacy Policy
Effective June 3, 2026
Sooth Digital ("we," "us," or "our") is a U.S.-based small-business marketing service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit soothdigital.com or engage us for services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site or contacting us, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, email us, or sign an engagement, you may provide your name, email address, business name, phone number, the package you're interested in, and any details you choose to share about your business.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic analytics about visits — pages viewed, referrer, device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. We use this to understand traffic and improve the site.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use a session identifier stored in your browser's session storage to group page views within a single visit. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you requested.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., confirmation that we received your message, project updates, invoices).
- To improve our website, content, and service offerings.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Service Providers We Use
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site and deliver services. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Website hosting, database, and email delivery infrastructure
- Payment processing via Stripe (for paid engagements)
4. How Long We Keep Information
We retain contact-form messages and client correspondence for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from non-essential emails, by emailing us at the address below. We honor unsubscribe links in every marketing message. Depending on where you live (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado, or other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights — we will honor verified requests consistent with applicable law.
8. California Residents
Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email), commercial information (services inquired about), and internet activity (site usage). We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you directly.
